I am writing this letter to tell you how pleased I am with the surveillance system that Omni Security installed for us. It functions exactly as you told us it would. It was installed promptly, efficiently, and very professionally by your installer Jason. You may have assumed that this was a normal job for you but getting to the point of us having a functioning system was a total disaster. We had contracted another company to install a system back in June of last year. We had asked for them to install a twelve camera system with video viewing in the store and the ability to remotely access the video view. First of all it took them 8 weeks to get in the equipment. The wrong equipment was sent the first time and needed to be reordered. Finally when the system was installed, it took 3 men an entire day to get it installed. Most of that time spent was getting it programmed properly. When they finally thought they had it right they left. Almost immediately the system would "lock" up. Cameras would either blank out our lock up. They decided that a second computer was needed to facilitate the software. In the meantime, the primary IT guy quit leaving them with no one who could make the system work. Two months later and probably 80 man hours put into the system, they still couldn't get it to work. That is when I started calling around for new quotes for a system. I called 2 other companies besides Omni. Of the 3 estimates that I received, Omni was the highest. One was half the cost but used 2 year old technology. The other could not demonstrate the product to me because they had no working systems the Rochester area. Once we agreed to go ahead with the project, the Omni people wasted no time getting the system in, working, and to our complete satisfaction. We use it every day for loss prevention control and periodically we use it remotely to keep our employees thinking that we are always watching. Thank you for making it so much easier the second time around. I will certainly recommend you to anyone.

The system that was designed and installed is operating exactly as demonstrated, and has turned out to be a valuable addition to our security program. We have been able to quickly prosecute vandals and thieves much efficiently, and have thus been able to occupy our facility with more desirable clientele. At first we tried to go with a more affordable DVR system that looked like it provided the same type of features the Omni System has. It listed that same Frames per Second, Storage Space and General Features, but the cost was much less. However, once we got it installed, it turned out to be nothing like we expected. The quality of the cameras and the DVR were well below par, as was the technical support from the company. Omni’s system was exactly what we needed. My conclusion now is that Video Surveillance is truly a market where you will get what you pay for. With the Omni Security DVR system operating my company has never been easier, and I am able to do more with the time it has saved me.

Both Dennis Schuler and Ken Bianchi were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future.

We have been using Omni Security for the past 3 years at our tanning salons. We have 4 retail locations here in western New York. Since we have used Omni Security our tanning salons have become much more efficient. Both employee and customer theft has been virtually eliminated…and when we do have an incident we have always been able to quickly and easily pinpoint it on the cameras as camera clarity is extremely clear. We had looked at many systems before choosing Omni Security, and none were in comparison as far as ease of use and effectiveness. On a monetary basis the cameras have at this point more than paid for themselves. Our Return on Investment was well under 24 months. We also benefit in knowing that all our employees are more efficient with the knowledge that they are on camera.
