Standard Plan Details

Weekly Automatic Test for System Connectivity

Once a week your MediPendant™ automatically sends a test signal to the computers at our monitoring center. This is done to let us know that your equipment is working properly. If we do not receive your preprogrammed automatic signal, we will contact you or someone on your personalized call list to find the reason the signal was not received.

10 Calls per Month

Each month you can press your MediPendant™ up to 10 times and one of our EMT trained operators will handle your call. Any MediPendant™ calls to our Central Station over and above the 10 calls per month will be invoiced at $2.50 per call.

3 Contacts on your Emergency Call List

The Standard Plan provides you with up to 3 contacts in your customized call list. In case of an emergency, our operators may notify the people on your call list. If your emergency requires an ambulance or rescue squad, we will also notify them.

You may only wish us to contact your neighbor or family member to come into your home to help you or to get something for you.

With the Standard Service, each additional contact added to your customized call list over and above the original 3, would be billed at $1.00 per month.

Unlimited Calls per Month

Each month you can press your MediPendant™ as many times as you want and one of our EMT trained operators will handle your call. You have unlimited use of your MediPendantTM.

Unlimited Contacts on your Emergency Call List

There is no limit to the number of contacts in your customized call list. In case of an emergency, our operators may notify the people on your call list. If your emergency requires an ambulance or rescue squad, we will also notify them.

You may only wish us to contact your neighbor or family member to come into your home to help you or to get something for you.

With the Preferred Service, you can have an unlimited number of people on your customized Call List.

Deposit: $99.00

The deposit amount will be returned (credited to the credit card account) when the equipment is returned in perfect condition in its original packaging to Omni Security. If the equipment, packaging or other package contents are not in perfect condition or are missing, Omni Security will assess the amount of the credit according to the condition of the equipment, packaging and/or other package contents.
